When I was talking about checking TDC, I was wondering if the TDC marks on the Crank Pully might be wrong, and you are actually running with a Very Advanced Ignition Timing.. and you do not know it.. That can cause an increase in Idle Vacuum, and Increase in NOX readings.. with a 'Ruff Idle'.. Might want to double check the TDC mark on the Crank.. might be an issue.. just for reference, I doublechecked my '95 NA TDC marks on the Factory Pully and the Factory front Cover.. it was perfect..
